Raised in the mountains of Glenwood Springs, Colorado, Damon learned early the value of hard work and responsibility. After college, he served as an officer in the U.S. Army, where leadership, accountability, and attention to detail became second nature.
When his military career concluded in 2015, Damon shifted gears—but not his mission. He spent years as a Texas high school math teacher and coach, helping students develop both skill and character. That same clarity and patience now define his approach to home inspections: explain thoroughly, guide honestly, and help clients feel informed, not intimidated.
