What Our Clients Say

Damon is a true professional. He did an excellent job on my initial home inspection before we moved into our new home. I recently reached out to him again for my 11-month inspection, and once again, he exceeded expectations. I truly appreciate his keen attention to detail and thorough approach.

We found Mr. Damon online, called and was very professional yet inviting and kind. Through the scheduling process he was extremely communicative, and when we met up with him after he had walked through our soon to be home, he was happy to answer any and all questions! What I really adore is the online home binder he gives you following the inspection. It was not something we were looking for but are SO happy to now have! The inspection report was extremely thorough. He added pictures and even got a blueprint made to better explain on the report where every picture was taken. We are very happy we chose Valor Property Inspections for our first home inspection!

This inspection of my 1 year old home was timely, detailed and a valuable tool to use with the builder for my home warranty. Scheduling was easy, service was thorough, on time and the completed documents were online which enabled easy sharing with contractors. Thank you
